QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION
Quality Begins with a Clear Order Basis.
A standard name alone is not enough. We define the product configuration, test methods, acceptance values, inspection scope, documents, identification, packing and commercial terms before commitment.
Evidence is confirmed by product and order. We do not make blanket claims across every product family.

SPECIFICATION REVIEW
Confirm What the Customer Will Actually Accept.
The review separates required values, test methods, tolerances, report format and project-specific clauses from assumptions. Missing information and proposed deviations are stated before a formal quotation.

INSPECTION CONTROL
Incoming, Process and Final Inspection.
The practical quality plan follows the order requirements and available production controls.
Incoming Basis
Raw-material identity and documents are checked against the confirmed production route where applicable.
Process Inspection
Dimensions, appearance and relevant process or intermediate checks are recorded according to the product and order.
Final Release
Finished-product tests, identification, packing and the agreed document package are reviewed before shipment release.
DOCUMENT PACKAGE
Different Documents Answer Different Questions.
| Document | What it is for | Order rule |
|---|---|---|
| TDS | Defines the product family, declared properties, test methods and typical/minimum values as stated. | The correct revision and product grade must match the quotation and order. |
| Batch CoA | Reports agreed test results for the defined production batch or lot. | Available tests, lot definition, frequency and report format are confirmed before order. |
| Inspection Records | Supports production, dimensional, visual, identification or packing control. | Scope depends on product, factory process and customer requirement. |
| Raw-Material Documents | Supports the stated raw-material basis where required and available. | Supplier documents and traceability scope are confirmed for the order. |
| Third-Party Test Report | Provides independent testing for agreed samples and methods. | Laboratory, sampling, tests, timing and cost must be agreed before production/shipment. |
| Shipping & Packing Records | Links quantity, roll/panel identification, packing and container loading to delivery. | Format and photo/record scope are confirmed in the commercial order plan. |
STANDARDS & PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS
Conditional, Product-Specific, Evidence-Based.
GRI-GM13, GRI-GM17, ASTM, ISO, GB or project specifications are evaluated against the requested product, test scope and evidence package. Compliance is confirmed only in the quotation or contract for the relevant product and order.
No blanket compliance statement
GM13 and GM17 apply to defined geomembrane types and requirements; ASTM and ISO usually identify methods or specifications; GB and project documents may establish different values and acceptance rules. The exact edition, method, value and reporting basis must be stated.
ORDER EVIDENCE WORKFLOW
Evidence Is Built into the Commercial Decision.
Identify Required Proof
Determine which values, methods, reports and third-party tests influence acceptance and price.
Lock the Evidence Scope
State included documents, exclusions, sampling, frequency, report format, timing and added cost.
Release Against the Agreed Basis
Review available results, identification, packing and order records before shipment.
PROJECT INQUIRY
